Whooper Swans breed across northern Europe (including Iceland) and Siberia. This one, however, is a captive bird which was photographed on a ranch lake in the Texas Hill Country near Kerrville, Texas. Photo taken with a 300mm f4.0 EDAF AF lens on Kodachrome 200 film. (Date: April 2000)
