Northern Shoveler

Northern Shovelers occur throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
In North America they are common breeding ducks throughout the northcentral and western US, central and western Canada, and all of Alaska except the Alaska Peninsula and Aleutian Islands.
This drake in breeding plumage was photographed at Arapaho NWR, Colorado, USA.
