Spruce Grouse

Spruce Grouse are residents across much of Canada and Alaska, and the boreal forests of the northern US. They are not easy to deliberately find and are usually simply stumbled upon by accident. Photo taken with a 300mm f4.5 Nikkor ED lens on Ektachrome 400 film pushed to 800. (Date: May 1984)
