Henslow's Sparrows breed in wet, brushy meadows of the northeastern US. They are declining in the northeastern portion of their range. This one, singing lustily, was photographed near Princeton in central New Jersey. Photo taken with a 300mm f4.5 Nikkor ED lens on Kodachrome 64 film. (Date: August 1982)
