Saunders's Gull

The Saunder's Gull is one of the rarest gulls in the world.
There are only about 4,000 of these birds, all of which breed in central China.
They winter along the coasts of China and Japan at a few well-known locations.
This Saunder's Gull was photographed on the island of Okinawa, Japan.
Photo taken with a Nikkor 300mm EDAF f4.0 lens on Kodachrome 200 film pushed to 800.
